       Ms. Athika Boonrodchao, Assistant Director of Finance and Investment at Sena Development Public Company Limited (SENA), the developer of both horizontal and vertical residential real estate projects and the first full-scale solar energy village project in Thailand, revealed that the company’s performance for the first quarter of 2018 ending March 31, 2018, showed total revenue of 1,088.4 million baht, an increase of 600.6 million baht, or 123% compared to the same period last year, which had total revenue of 487.8 million baht.

       In terms of net profit for the first quarter of 2018, the company and its subsidiaries reported a net profit of 164.6 million baht, an increase of 93.9 million baht, or 132.8% compared to the same period last year, which had a net profit of 70.7 million baht. The main factors contributing to this growth were revenue recognition from property transfer in the real estate business, leasing and services, and other income. The company saw significant revenue growth in the first quarter of this year, with revenue from real estate sales reaching 896.4 million baht, an increase of 527.1 million baht, or 142.7% compared to the same period last year, which had revenue of 369.4 million baht.
